Product worked but the poles and connections are too weak and they break

It works so well I love the thought it’s killing all those germs. I just wish I had a power off button that you didn’t have to unplug it.

The stemer mop is very efficient, it leaves everything clean without the need for chemicals and it is. Very good, it's incredible, the floor is super clean and shiny, I've never managed to make it look like this with anything, it's the best invention, I'm super happy with this product, I'm going to use it for everything, thank you
