The steam mob make my housekeeping job perfectly easy with it’s amazing cleaning power the high steam make the floor looks in to new and shiny floor thanks for the light weight to carry a easy adjustment tools.

I love my steamer. For the longest time I used it only for my tile floors. But I have started using it to clean my oven, stovetop, shower doors, etc. It does an amazing job. So glad I found this steamer. Planning on buying another as a gift.

My steamer was great until it suddenly stopped producing steam. I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement even though it was outside of the warranty period. I really appreciate them standing by the product and ensuring a happy customer.

The customer service with this company was excellent. I had a piece break off in mop head, contacted company they got back to me in a couple hrs. Reviewed my pictures then gave me notification that a replacement was being sent.

It was easy and did a good job. Just ordered more fabric sleeves. Wish hose for sleeves was flexible.

I love the large pads. I wish you would make a smaller one that could fit in smaller areas. Many miles have a white cloth cap that fits around the nozzle!

I wanted to start of by saying I love mine! However it quit putting out the steam and a part blew apart I reached out and the team made it right and shipped me a new one super fast! Amazing couldn’t ask for a better mop or team to handle this!
