Are Schenley's products available in my region?

Currently, Schenley's products are only available in the US. Orders can be placed directly on Amazon, Wayfair, and Schenley's official website. Please click here for our Amazon Schenley Official Store and here for Wayfair Schenley Official Store.

Accessories can now be purchased on our official website. Please first click the Accessories on the navigation bar. You will find accessories currently available for purchase. All accessory sales are final.

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and other quick pay methods (Apple Pay, Facebook Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Diners Club, and Venmo). Different forms of payment cannot be combined. If there is any problem with your payment, please contact Schenley customer service for assistance.

Your order is generally processed within 1-2 business days and delivered 3-5 business days depending on your address.

If your order is fulfilled by other platforms such as Amazon, you can track your order directly on those platforms. If your order is fulfilled by Schenley, you will receive a tracking number and carrier's information after the order is shipped. Please visit the carrier's website to find the latest status of your order.

Your order cannot be changed once it has been placed. If you need to change the order details, please cancel the order and purchase again.

Schenley warrants the original retail purchaser that Schenley's product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase. This warranty applies to product used for personal purposes, and not for commercial or rental purposes.

All products purchased within the US are eligible for Schenley's warranty. To receive warranty service, the original customer purchaser should contact Schenley customer service for immediate assistance. Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipt invoice, indicating that the product is within the warranty period, must be presented in order to obtain the requested services. In accordance with applicable law, Schenley may request you to provide additional documents before receiving warranty service. Please contact Schenley customer service for more details.

You must return the item within one year from the date of original purchase along with all accessories, manuals, and the original receipt. Please be aware the shipping expenses to return the product to the Schenley servicing address must be paid by the customer. You can also contact Schenley customer service for assistance.

Refunds will be issued once the product arrives at the Schenley servicing address. Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. The refund process will be completed in about 3-7 working days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
