Troubleshooting
Reason
The steam mop isn't securely plugged into an electrical outlet.
Solution
Check your fuse or circuit breaker. If the indicator lights are not illuminated when the power cord is plugged in, try a different outlet.
Reason
you may select a lower steam level.
Solution
Low-level steam setting does produce intermittent steam. For more consistent steam select the maximum steam level.
Reason
The control button isn't properly pressed.
Solution
Firmly press down the control button. If the indicator light changes, then the steam level changes as well.
Reason
The attachment is not fully pushed in.
Solution
Grab the attachment firmly and pull it off the jet nozzle. CAUTION: The steam mop is still very hot after use. Allow it to cool down for 15 minutes before handling the attachments.

The steam mop is designed for use on most hard floor surfaces. 7-in-1 accessories meet most indoor scenarios. We recommend that you first test an isolated area of the floor surface to be cleaned as well as review the use and care instructions from your floor manufacturer.
It is highly recommended that you use tap water only for cleaning processes.
