Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Approval: Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label, if applicable.
- Packaging and Shipping: Securely package your item(s), including all original components, and clearly label the package with the provided return authorization number. Follow the instructions provided for shipping.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization or outside the specified time frame will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approval Notification: We will notify you if your return is approved or rejected.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Bank Processing Times: Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take an additional 5–7 business days to appear on your account.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like to replace an item:
- Initiate a return as per the process outlined above.
- Place a new order for the replacement item after your return is approved.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Inspection Upon Delivery: Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately of any issues.

International Returns

European Union Customers
For customers residing in the European Union (EU):
- Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition.
- Refunds: Refunds for EU customers will include the cost of the product and any applicable standard shipping charges.
Return Shipping Costs
